From 2025 ALL Gas Boilers will be banned from new build homes, so unless you are moving into a NEW BUILD property, you are NOT affected.

If you live in an old property and it gets flattened by a storm and you rebuild the house, can you have a gas boiler ? – Your home will still not be classified as a new build by most insurance companies but rather classified as ‘rebuild’.

Will Gas be banned in 2035 ?

There is no law or Act of Parliament that says Gas Boilers will be banned, 2035 is purely a political target …..Nothing more.
